Job Summary

The selected candidate will lead the HR department while focusing on company culture, employee engagement, recruitment, training, and HR policy implementation aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution and grievance handling
• Conduct performance management and career development planning processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
• Ensure timely workforce and cadre fulfillment aligned with organizational plans

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management roles within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR technology tools
