Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• MBA or M.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Hands-on experience maintaining:
  • Electrical Systems
  • HVAC Systems
  • Generators
  • Vertical Transportation Systems (Elevators & Escalators)
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Fire Alarm Systems
• Proven troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Formal qualifications and proven experience in Energy Management will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Building Services Engineering, technical audits, compliance audits, and report writing.
• Preferred age between 35–45 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all building services engineering systems and associated infrastructure at the World Trade Center.
• Ensure optimum performance, reliability, and statutory compliance of engineering systems.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering disciplines.
• Plan and manage inspections, testing, preventive maintenance programmes, and outsourced maintenance contracts.
• Drive energy management initiatives and facility improvement programmes.
• Lead high-value capital expenditure projects involving major building system replacements and upgrades.
• Oversee tenant fit-out projects, budgeting, contractor management, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high operational standards while ensuring business continuity and safety.
