Job Description

The Field Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining product presence, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper display in supermarkets across assigned regions. This role requires frequent travel and independent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets regularly to monitor stock levels and product displays
• Ensure proper visibility and placement of products in retail outlets
• Maintain relationships with store personnel
• Cover assigned districts effectively

Assigned Regions

Down South:

• Colombo, Galle, Matara, Kaluthara, Rathnapura, Hambantota

Gampaha & Other Areas:

• Gampaha, Kandy, Kurunegala, Dambulla, Polonnaruwa, Habarana, Anuradhapura, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Jaffna, Trincomalee, Batticaloa, Ampara, Badulla, Nuwara Eliya

Requirements

• Valid motorbike riding license
• Must be based in or near Colombo District
• Willingness to travel long distances
• Ability to work independently

Salary & Benefits

• Remuneration: Up to LKR 80,000+
• Company motorbike with fuel
• Company SIM card
• Meals and accommodation covered for outstation visits
