Core Responsibilities

The Executive – Recovery will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the company’s portfolio through effective collection strategies:

• Portfolio Monitoring: Regular monitoring of overdue accounts and implementation of recovery actions.

• Customer Negotiation: Engaging with customers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues professionally.

• Legal Coordination: Collaborating with the legal department for necessary legal actions on non-performing loans.

• Field Visits: Conducting field visits when necessary to meet clients and assess recovery possibilities.

• Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of recovery activities and providing periodic updates to management.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly recovery targets to minimize the company’s Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a strong track record in collections and risk management:

• Education: Minimum of GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification. A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field will be an advantage.

• Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar capacity within a Bank or Finance company.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Integrity: A high degree of integrity and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with banking software.
