Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in production documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools, CAPA management, and digital production systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical production operations.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Achieve key production KPIs including OEE, production yield, rejection percentage, and CAPA closure targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and manufacturing records.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Support process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations.
