Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related fields will be an added advantage
- Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, or Emergency Response will be advantageous
- Training or certification related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or Environmental Sustainability will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems across factory operations
- Coordinate safety, health, environmental, and emergency preparedness activities within production and utility areas
- Support compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and international standards
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, environmental monitoring, and safety audits
- Facilitate safety awareness, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs
- Assist in environmental sustainability initiatives related to waste, energy, water, and emissions management
- Maintain OHSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
Required Skills
- Knowledge of OHSE management systems and Indonesian regulatory requirements
- Risk assessment, workplace inspection and incident investigation skills
- Training and communication skills to drive safety awareness
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
