💼 Job Role

The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the entire housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the hotel.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations
• ✔ Develop and implement housekeeping policies & standards
• ✔ Ensure all guest rooms are maintained and ready for arrival
• ✔ Maintain cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas
• ✔ Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff
• ✔ Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower planning
• ✔ Monitor department performance and improve efficiency
• ✔ Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance & F&B teams
• ✔ Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 🎯 Age below 45 years (preferred)
• 🏨 5–7 years experience in housekeeping
• 📊 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role (4★ / 5★ hotels preferred)
• 🗣 Strong English communication skills
• 👥 Proven leadership and team management ability
• 🧠 Knowledge of housekeeping systems & international standards
• 📅 Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
