📋 Key Responsibilities

🚗 Transport Operations

• Plan and coordinate daily transport activities
• Assign drivers and vehicles based on requirements
• Process transport requests efficiently

🔧 Vehicle & Safety Management

• Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and safety
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with service centers
• Ensure compliance with transport safety standards

🤝 Coordination & Communication

• Work with clients, drivers, and service providers
• Liaise with insurance companies and authorities
• Handle documentation, reporting, and compliance

📊 Monitoring & Reporting

• Track performance of transport service providers
• Prepare monthly vehicle reports

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Education

• G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (added advantage)

✔ Experience

• Experience in transportation or driving operations
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance & repair processes
• Experience in safety procedures and supervision
• Basic administration and scheduling experience
