Qualifications & Experience
- Part or fully qualified with a Degree or Professional Qualification in a relevant field
- 1 year of prior experience in a similar capacity
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams so that customers stay up to date on the projects
- Manage the customization process in compliance with the set customization guidelines
- Attend to customer queries and requests
- Arrange site visits
- Achieve collection targets within the stipulated guidelines
- Inspect apartments prior to handover
- Manage the customer relationship during the defects liability period
