ESOL College International is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual for the position of Executive – Customer Care at their Kaluaggala Branch.
Role Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Primary Objective: To deliver excellent service, handle inquiries, and build strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management: Professionally handle customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and messages.
Information Provision: Provide accurate details regarding college courses, schedules, and registration processes.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain proper student records, update databases, and manage front office duties to ensure a welcoming environment.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries and convert potential leads into enrollments.
Coordination: Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, or Administration.
Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (proficiency in Tamil is considered an added advantage).
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
Personal Attributes:
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
A pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Availability: Must be able to work on Saturdays.
