The Assistant Plant Operator will support plant operations, assist in handling machinery, and ensure smooth daily production activities under supervision. The role requires hands-on technical involvement in industrial processes.

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 (or higher) in:
  • Mechanical
  • Automobile
  • Or a related technical field

OR

• Equivalent qualification from a recognized vocational/technical institute

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of plant machinery operations
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Teamwork and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in industrial environments

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 40,834/- per month
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
• Additional Government-approved allowances
