Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A valid Sri Lankan driving licence.
• 25–45 years of age.
• Good physical fitness and a responsible work ethic.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients, staff, and hospital materials as assigned.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Follow hospital transportation procedures and road safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate travel and vehicle records when required.
• Respond promptly to transport requests while ensuring passenger safety.
• Support hospital operations through reliable and professional driving services.
