Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure timely uploading of promotions (weekly, daily, and monthly) to the app with accuracy in content and images.
• Support team members with promotional uploads when required.
• Maintain customer-centric documentation related to projects and processes.
• Develop and share user manuals and critical paths with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Project Lead in project development, establishing workflows, and scheduling meetings.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations (PPTs) for updates and reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and external vendors on project requirements.
• Manage internal stakeholders effectively to ensure seamless delivery of digital projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, OR
• Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing

Experience

• Experience in project coordination and execution.
• Prior experience in the retail sector will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in at least two languages, preferably Sinhala and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Strong team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer expectations
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
