🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Update internal systems within scheduled timeframes
• Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) updates and sorting 📄
• Maintain billing accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal & external teams
• Support invoice generation
• Ensure proper scanning and package traceability
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 3 passes in G.C.E A/L
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in courier/logistics is an added advantage
• School leavers are encouraged to apply 🎓
