Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is a healthcare organization in Sri Lanka. The Data Analyst will support management decision-making through data analysis, reporting, visualization and data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related role.
- Proven experience in preparing and presenting reports to Top Management.
- Ability to participate in meetings, understand management requirements and provide relevant data-driven insights.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver fast, accurate and timely reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them effectively to enhance data analysis, reporting, productivity and automation.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform data into meaningful insights to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to Top Management.
- Participate in meetings, understand management requirements and provide relevant data-driven insights.
- Develop accurate and timely reports within required deadlines.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis and management reporting.
- Support business reporting and decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Use AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, productivity and automation.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Power BI.
- Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
- Data visualization and dashboard development.
- Data analysis and management reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand management requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
