1. Customer Relations Executive
Job Role
The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing front office interactions, professionally assisting patients and visitors, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Entry Requirements
- Age preferably above 30 years
- 4–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong command of English with confident communication skills
- Willingness to work on roster shifts including night shifts
- Pleasant and professional personality
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Dynamic team player with proactive attitude
- Previous hospital or healthcare experience will be an added advantage
2. Customer Relations Associate
Job Role
The Customer Relations Associate will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, supporting and guiding patients and visitors while creating a welcoming experience.
Entry Requirements
- Age between 20–30 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Customer service
- Front office
- Administrative roles
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts
- Friendly personality with professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Healthcare or hospital experience will be an added advantage
