Job Description

The Credit Control Executive will work within the finance division, primarily focusing on credit control operations and financial documentation. The role includes managing dealer outstanding reports, assisting with invoicing and receipting, and supporting finance-related activities assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Credit Control Division operations
• Handle invoicing and receipting processes accurately
• Prepare dealer outstanding reports and financial summaries
• Support finance-related tasks as assigned by management
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification with a finance background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or credit control (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Age below 30 years
