Position Details
This role sits within LB Finance PLC’s mortgage lending team, focused on advising customers on mortgage loan products, evaluating loan applications, and supporting the growth of the Company’s mortgage-backed lending portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should hold a G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage. Sound knowledge of mortgage-backed lending products, credit evaluation, property-related documentation, and lending procedures is required. Both school leavers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
The Credit Analyst will advise prospective customers on mortgage loan products, eligibility criteria, repayment options, and financing solutions, and identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the Company’s mortgage-backed lending portfolio. The role also involves evaluating mortgage loan applications by analyzing customers’ creditworthiness, financial profiles, repayment capacity, and collateral valuations to support informed credit decisions, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely mortgage loan processing.
Required Skills
Candidates should have good analytical ability and understanding of credit risk, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently, manage multiple customer relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail is essential.
