🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with AML/CFT laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Support implementation and enhancement of AML/CFT frameworks
• Conduct transaction monitoring reviews and escalate suspicious activities
• Review alerts generated by monitoring systems and ensure timely action
• Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and documentation
• Assist in regulatory inspections, internal audits, and reviews
• Support staff awareness and training on AML/CFT obligations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field OR professional qualification:
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Partial/full qualifications in Compliance / Banking / AML-CFT certifications
• Strong understanding of:
  • AML/CFT regulations
  • KYC / CDD processes
  • Transaction monitoring systems
• Strong analytical & investigative skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in IT systems and data analysis tools (added advantage)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Age below 35 years
