Qualifications & Experience
- Good G.C.E. Advanced Level results.
- Part qualification in AAT.
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in cashiering.
- Fair knowledge of computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain records and documents relating to payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide efficient support and communicate with internal departments regarding customer service and administrative activities.
- Actively participate in providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Handle and reconcile petty cash imprest.
- Carry out cashiering and payment-related duties in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
