🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions
• Create detailed documentation (requirements, workflows, outputs)
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Translate requirements into functional specs / user stories
• Collaborate with QA teams for validation and requirement alignment
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend improvements
• Prepare technical documentation & workflow diagrams

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business / IT / Related Field
• Minimum 3+ years experience in Business Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Strong documentation and reporting ability
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

💻 Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL & Excel (data analysis)
• Experience in business process modeling
• Knowledge of UML & technical diagrams
• Hands-on with tools like:
  • Figma / AI tools (for workflow diagrams & UI mockups)
  • JIRA / Trello (project tracking)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
