Key Responsibilities

• Promote and develop Parenteral Nutrition brands across government and private hospitals island-wide
• Increase product awareness through hospital visits and scientific detailing
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including:
  • Nutritionists
  • Intensivists
  • Surgeons
  • Oncologists
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends
• Implement promotional strategies to maximize market growth
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer databases
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience handling IV products is preferred
• Prior exposure to Government and Private Hospital ICU, Ward, and Theatre setups will be an added advantage
• Experience working with healthcare specialists and consultants is preferred
• Full or part qualification in Marketing Management will be an added advantage
• Candidate should be based in Colombo
• Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka
