Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling implementation and maintenance of ISO QMS standards and compliance systems
• Conducting system audits and monitoring business practices
• Managing documentation control procedures
• Ensuring business operations comply with company policies and guidelines
• Conducting risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
• Reporting accurate and timely audit information to top management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Supervising planned annual audits and related activities

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Full or part qualifications in HR, Finance, or Management
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Experience in internal and external ISO auditing (added advantage)
• Age below 30 years
