JOB PROFILE

• Responsible in planning and execution of brand plans to achieve volumes, values and market share objectives.
• Develop marketing strategies for brands by analyzing and understanding market and consumer behaviour.
• Monitor the performance of assigned brands and report periodically.
• Working with cross-functional teams in execution of brand plans.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• SLIM / CIM or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing brands in a reputed organisation.
• Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage.
• Should be able to work in a challenging environment with minimum supervision.
• Have a positive attitude and a passion for taking on new challenges.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written command of English, along with presentation skills. The ability to converse in Tamil would be an advantage.
• Should be able to travel extensively.
• Available during holidays as and when required.
