UI/UX Architect (Executive)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-focused UI/UX Architect (Executive) to lead the planning, design, and improvement of digital user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, interface design, usability, and modern design systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of turning business requirements into practical, user-friendly, and visually strong digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX planning and architecture for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and digital platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Translate business goals and functional requirements into clear and engaging user experiences
• Maintain consistency in design language, branding, layout, navigation, and interaction patterns
• Work closely with developers, product teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design reviews
• Improve existing digital products by identifying UX gaps and recommending better solutions
• Develop and manage design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Ensure all interfaces are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX standards
• Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality design outputs
• Support front-end structure understanding through HTML, HTML5, and CSS knowledge
• Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and best practices in UI/UX

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge in UI/UX Design
• Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of HTML, HTML5, and CSS
• Knowledge of Design of User Interfaces, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, and Human-Computer Interaction
• Ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly digital interfaces
• Strong problem-solving and visual communication skills
• Good presentation and stakeholder handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Interactive Media, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior experience in digital product design, app design, or web platform design
• Understanding of front-end limitations and developer handoff process
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design thinking
