- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), where applicable.
- Coordinate and support branch-level marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to attract new customers and expand the branch’s customer base.
- Support operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal controls and banking regulations.
