Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination with at least five credit passes, including an A pass in English and Mathematics, in one sitting.
- Must have obtained four passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination, including English, in one sitting.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Must be no more than 28 years of age as of 30 September 2026.
- Previous banking experience will be an added advantage.
- Part or full qualifications in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily banking and branch operational activities.
- Support customer service operations and respond to customer enquiries.
- Assist with banking transactions, documentation, and administrative procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of banking documents.
- Follow internal banking policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the bank.
