Assetline Finance Limited (AFL), the flagship company of Assetline Group and the financial services arm of the David Pieris Group of Companies, is seeking a talented individual for the position of Associate Manager – Process & Operational Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of branch and operational activities to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Gap Analysis: Identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions to management.

• Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and present detailed compliance reports highlighting findings and necessary follow-up actions.

• Process Monitoring: Monitor branch-level operational processes, including customer service standards, transaction controls, and documentation.

• Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to branch and operational staff to enhance awareness of compliance standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field. A professional qualification is considered an added advantage.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or operational monitoring within the finance or banking industry.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills with high attention to detail to identify risks.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil is a distinct advantage.

• Travel: Willingness to travel to branches island-wide and work independently with minimal supervision.
