💼 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Information Security compliance programs aligned with regulations
• Ensure adherence to standards such as:
  • ISO 27001:2022
  • PCI DSS
  • CBSL guidelines
• Develop and maintain security policies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Conduct organization-wide security awareness training
• Create dashboards, reports, and security metrics 📊
• Handle incident response and post-incident analysis
• Support SOC operations (threat detection & monitoring)
• Manage tools like SIEM, DLP, and PAM
• Conduct VAPT activities and ensure remediation
• Review application security within SDLC

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Security
  • Cybersecurity
  • IT / Computer Science 🎓
• Professional certifications (advantage):
  • CISA
  • CISM
  • CRISC
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
  • Information Security Governance
  • IT Security / SOC operations
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
  • CBSL regulatory standards
• Experience with SIEM and security tools
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
