🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Arrange international payments on time 💳
• Manage import shipments under different Incoterms
• Ensure clearance of shipments without delays or demurrage
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders & clearing agents
• Liaise with banks and government authorities
• Maintain accurate import records and registers

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Academic or professional qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain 📦
• Knowledge of customs procedures (HS Codes, import regulations)
• Understanding of international payment terms:
  • L/C (Letter of Credit)
  • TT (Telegraphic Transfer)
  • DP / DA
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in import/logistics operations is essential
