Job Description

Delmege Building Products is seeking a passionate and energetic Sales professional with experience in cladding to join its growing team. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities within the Cladding & Roofing Materials category.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the cladding category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Distributors
  • Dealers
  • Contractors
  • Architects
  • Consultants
  • Project customers
• Identify new business opportunities in both retail and project segments.
• Promote cladding products and provide product-related coordination and customer support.
• Conduct market visits to understand customer requirements, monitor competitors, and analyze market trends.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
• Support promotional campaigns and other business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
  • Cladding
  • Aluminium
  • Related industries
• Good understanding of retail and project sales operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
