Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing assigned sales regions, executing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent market growth. The role involves leading field teams, building customer relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned sales territories
• Drive sales performance and expand market presence
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with pet shops, veterinarians, and key customers
• Lead, guide, and motivate sales and field staff
• Execute regional sales and marketing strategies
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely collections and accurate reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing (pet industry experience is an added advantage)
• Strong territory management and customer relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Strong reporting and organizational skills
