Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should ideally possess:

• Qualification in AAT.
• Part qualification in CA, CMA or CIMA.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to accept challenges and take on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
• Assist with finance-related operations and documentation.
• Perform assigned accounting and finance tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Handle assigned responsibilities while meeting organizational requirements and deadlines.
• Contribute to the smooth functioning of the Finance Department.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and changing work requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
