The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management accounts 📊
• Handle year-end audits and financial reporting
• Manage tax computations:
  • Deferred tax
  • Income tax
  • VAT, NBT, ESC
• Prepare and file quarterly & annual tax returns
• Develop annual budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Manage company cash flow, banking, and treasury operations
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting
• Verify payments and financial transactions
• Liaise with banks, Inland Revenue, auditors, and external institutions

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance from a recognized university
• Fully or partly qualified in:
  • ICASL
  • CIMA
  • ACCA
• MBA is an added advantage 🎓
• Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting / Finance
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / SAP)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Age between 28 – 35 years
