Job Description

JMC Jayasekera Management Centre (Pvt) Ltd, a pioneer in professional education with over 50 years of excellence and a network of 18 branches island-wide, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistants to join their team.

The selected candidates will assist in handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting administrative operations. This role requires individuals with strong IT literacy and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documentation
• Support daily accounting operations and data entry tasks
• Handle basic bookkeeping and financial reporting activities
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records
• Assist with administrative and office-related accounting tasks
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or any qualification relevant to Accounting field OR
• Passed G.C.E A/L in Commerce stream
• Excellent IT literacy (especially MS Office applications)
• Previous experience will be a distinct advantage
• Male candidates preferred
