Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years of service in a reputed organization.
  • Prior experience in managing membership operations within a professional body will be considered an added advantage.
  • Preferred age between 35 and 55 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all membership-related functions and daily operations efficiently.
  • Enhance member engagement, member satisfaction, and operational communication across all grades.
  • Support strategic initiatives to expand, strengthen, and diversify IESL’s membership base.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, statistical reports, and execute Management Information System (MIS) related tasks.
  • Coordinate effectively with universities and higher education institutions.
  • Oversee and manage examinations conducted by the Membership division.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and proven interpersonal abilities.
  • High computer literacy with essential proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Sound organizational and team coordination skills.
