Job Profile

• Oversee and ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including PDPA and GDPR.
• Create, update, and enforce data protection policies and procedures across the organization.
• Handle data breach incidents, including reporting to relevant authorities and managing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of data protection measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data protection authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support the organization in strengthening its overall data privacy and protection framework.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Certification in Data Protection such as CIPP, CDPO, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly PDPA and GDPR.
• Experience in compliance management and conducting audits.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data protection or a similar compliance-focused role.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare is preferred.
