Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates should be below 25 years of age.
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level in one sitting with Credit Passes for Mathematics and English.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
• Previous experience in agriculture, microfinance, sales, banking, business development, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify agriculture and micro-entrepreneurs within assigned branch areas.
• Reach out to agriculture and micro-entrepreneurs and connect them with branches to obtain appropriate banking services.
• Identify potential micro-entrepreneur groups and community-based organizations.
• Develop strategies to reach potential micro-entrepreneurs and community organizations.
• Build relationships with potential customers and business groups within assigned areas.
• Support branches in developing new business opportunities.
• Promote relevant banking and financial services to agriculture and micro-enterprise customers.
• Assist in expanding the bank’s customer base within assigned communities.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, entrepreneurs, community organizations, and branch teams.
• Contribute towards achieving assigned business development objectives.
