Job Description

Delmege is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site work and ensure quality standards for materials and subcontractor performance.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with factory teams, subcontractors, and draughtsmen to execute work according to approved drawings and measurements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, work orders, and daily progress reports.
• Oversee material deliveries and manage on-site stock.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have knowledge of:

• Electrical installations, including wiring, panels, and load basics.
• Plumbing and drainage systems.
• HVAC basics, including air conditioning and ventilation.
• Fire protection systems, including sprinklers and hydrants.
• Reading MEP drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Understanding Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Interpreting BOQs and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred.
