Qualifications & Experience

• 2 – 4 years of experience in the field of commercial banking.
• Experience in branch operations will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of pawning operations will be an added advantage.
• Fair knowledge of banking products and services offered by the bank.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a branch banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities at the branch while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the bank and regulatory authorities.
• Support daily branch operations and maintain service quality standards.
• Assist customers with banking products and services while addressing their requirements effectively.
• Maintain accurate operational processes and documentation.
• Support branch objectives and contribute to overall business performance.
