Qualifications & Experience

Candidates applying for the Relationship Manager / Officer position should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Banking.
• Graduate from a recognized university or possess a full qualification in Banking.

Key Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager / Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting business growth across Corporate, SME and Retail Banking segments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships across Corporate, SME and Retail Banking segments.
• Drive both asset and liability sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Identify new credit business opportunities.
• Analyze and appraise credit proposals while ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit and compliance guidelines and policies.
• Ensure credit applications for new and existing facilities, including renewals, are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Generate funded, non-funded and foreign exchange revenue and processing fees from new and existing credit limits in line with assigned targets.
• Analyze and appraise new credit facilities and existing facilities for annual review.
• Develop new customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Promote appropriate banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and support their banking requirements.
• Contribute to achieving assigned business and revenue targets.
