Qualifications & Experience

Candidates applying for the Expert – Data Analytics & Rewards position should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional qualifications in Finance, Data Analytics, Power BI or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
• Experience in HR reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Experience in HRIS data management.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience working with HR data, workforce analytics or rewards-related information will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

The Expert – Data Analytics & Rewards will support the People and Culture Department through HR data analysis, reporting and workforce analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, compile, validate and maintain HR data and metrics from HRIS and other relevant systems.
• Support accurate and data-driven reporting and decision-making.
• Create and maintain monthly HR dashboards, scorecards and management reports covering workforce, rewards and other HR metrics.
• Analyze HR, rewards and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in rewards, HR analytics and process improvement projects.
• Support HR automation and reporting enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee surveys and feedback mechanisms, including survey administration, data analysis and preparation of insight reports.
• Support HR governance, data privacy and compliance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation, audit trails and process controls.
• Assist with workforce planning activities by monitoring headcount, workforce movements, organizational changes and related reporting requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely HR analytics to support management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR reporting, analytics and data management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of HR data and workforce analytics.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
• Strong knowledge of dashboard preparation and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR metrics and rewards-related data.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential employee information appropriately.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights.
