Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Passed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be a distinct advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Organize the storage area to ensure efficient material handling.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control practices.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain stock documentation.
• Monitor stock movement and assist in periodic stock verification.

• Strong inventory management and warehouse coordination skills.

• Good data entry and record management skills.
• Ability to prepare operational and inventory reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
