Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or site management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Good knowledge of construction safety standards and building regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve project issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Support Project Managers with procurement, resource allocation, and project coordination.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to management.
