Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order execution to achieve delivery targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage Time and Action (T&A) schedules for effective customer coordination.
• Record and share weekly progress updates to support delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate order status reports to achieve 100% on-time delivery (OTD).
• Assist in developing process improvements and enhancing system knowledge.
• Support the Merchandising Manager in daily merchandising operations.
• Ensure garments are produced and delivered according to approved designs and buyer quality standards.
