Job Overview
Atman Group (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the Group’s financial strategy, fundraising initiatives, capital market activities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and long-term value creation across the organization’s diverse business portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as FCA, FCMA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years serving as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance Director, or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong experience in corporate finance, fundraising, capital markets, and financial strategy.
- Proven experience leading Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), or other major strategic transactions.
- Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.
- Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence Boards of Directors, investors, and senior executive management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising initiatives, debt financing, and investor relations.
- Drive IPO readiness and capital market strategies.
- Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Lead treasury management, tax planning, and cash flow optimization.
- Oversee legal and regulatory financial compliance across the Group.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Support long-term business growth and value creation initiatives.
