Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or Inventory Controller in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and inventory management.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in maintaining stock records.
• Experience in stock handling and record keeping.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, site staff, and management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and issue construction materials and tools.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers and management regarding material requirements.
• Assist with daily site material requests.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation for all material transactions.
