Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Healthcare Quality, or a similar role.
• Previous hospital experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), healthcare accreditation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinate internal quality audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare quality performance reports.
• Assist departments in identifying quality gaps and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality documentation, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit records.
• Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct staff awareness programmes and quality-related training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety throughout the organization.
