As part of its commitment to quality healthcare, Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is expanding its Quality Management team by recruiting dedicated Quality Executives.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Healthcare Quality, or a similar role.
- Previous hospital experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), healthcare accreditation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinate internal quality audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare quality performance reports.
- Assist departments in identifying quality gaps and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality documentation, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit records.
- Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct staff awareness programmes and quality-related training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety throughout the organization.
