Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Diploma, NVQ, or an equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or a related industry.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
• Ability to identify defects, analyze quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in maintaining digital inspection records will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of materials, products, equipment, and operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report findings promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
• Support investigations into quality issues and participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve quality performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards during inspection activities.
• Assist in implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
