Qualifications & Experience

• Partly or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent accounting or finance qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of management accounting and costing principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse management accounts, cost statements, and monthly financial reports.
• Develop and maintain effective costing systems to monitor product and service profitability.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely submission of reports.
